The Challenge: Your Morning Ritual For The Holidays

How do you break your fast every morning?

As we sleep – our body recovers. So it makes sense that we would want to flush the toxins collected overnight.  

 

My personal morning ritual is to drink a large glass of water immediately upon opening my eyes. Most often the water is next to my bed – I think it’s that important.

When I venture into the kitchen – I take my supplements and prepare my ACV (apple cider vinegar) drink. Ingesting this living food wellness concoction kicks off my day in the right direction.

In the video above – I challenge you to incorporate a morning flush into your daily habits.

I believe in order to make a lasting changes – you need to know mentally why you are headed in a new direction.

Sometimes it’s easier to add in a new habit, when changing often seems like it is a lot of things being taken away.
