Diets come and go. I try to stay educated on the latest research, aaaand also use some common sense. I am not trying to be that person that get all “jung ho” only to have to retract.
It had to be done. I am back in Austin. Spring is here. And I’m ready to take this health-thing to… the next level.
I don’t know if it’s the most important meal of the day… but I’m a big fan of breakfast.

Okay. Scratch that. I get pretty excited about food on the regular.
When my aunt invited me to go with her and my cousin to New York at the end of January โ I instantly accepted the invitation. Didn’t matter where they wanted to go, really.
Grandma is gluten free and from everything I have been reading, grain, isn’t good for any of our bodies. So when I came along the concept of making noodles out of zucchini, I was intrigued.
