Host a Christmas potluck and cookie exchange without the group text chaos. This editable Google Sheets template keeps RSVPs, the bring-a-dish list, the cookie swap and the gift swap in one link you text to your guests.

Guests add their name next to a dish and it flips from Open to Claimed, so you always know what's still needed. The Welcome tab shows a live headcount, how many dozen cookies are coming and what's still open on the menu by course.

After purchase you'll download a PDF with a Make My Copy button. One click saves your own copy to your Google Drive, then you share the link with your guests by text or email.

What's included:

Welcome: your date, time, address and notes, plus live counts for guests, cookies, gifts and open dishes
RSVP: Yes, Maybe or No dropdowns, adult and kid counts, a bring-a-guest checkbox, allergies and notes
Choose Your Dish: you type the menu by course, guests claim a dish, and a summary shows what's left
Cookie Exchange: name, cookie type, dozens, nut-free dropdown, allergens and a recipe link. Doubles turn gold so no one bakes the same cookie.
Gift Swap: who's in, how many gifts, wish list links, gift hints and things to avoid
Recipes and Inspiration: classic recipe links from glazed ham to yule log, sugar cookies and eggnog
Menu Planner: a host-only prep timeline with checkboxes
Host Checklist: a step-by-step setup guide so you're ready in about 5 minutes

Why hosts love it:

One link for everything, no app or sign-up for guests
Works in any phone browser, tablet or computer
Your Welcome page, menu, recipes and checklist are locked so nobody changes them by accident
Sample rows show guests exactly how to fill it in
Reuse it every year for Christmas dinner, Friendsmas, office parties, church socials and neighborhood cookie swaps

How it works:

Purchase and download the PDF.
Click Make My Copy and sign in to Google. The copy saves to your Google Drive.
Fill in your party details and menu.
Share the link with your guests.

Good to know: this is a digital download, so nothing ships. You'll need a free Google account to make your copy. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. For personal use only, please don't resell or share the file.
